My ticket to Hamlet has arrived!!! It's so pretty; if I could physically snuggle a rectangular piece of cardboard, I would. As it is, I'll have to settle for staring lovingly at it. I was just sitting upstairs reading all of the recent reviews for Hamlet, (have they actually had press night yet?) when mum yelled out: "there's mail for you!"

I am, however, starting to get quite nervous. I'll be all on my own for New Year's Eve. *sniff* Neeeeep!

I bought my membership to the RSC on the 24th, and even though they say that they post the membership pack in three working days, it's going to take ages to reach Australia.

I just sent them an email to ask if I coud be forwarded my details so that I can login and book as soon as the membership is authorized. Desperate, much? Tickets are selling like hotcakes and I am almost actually shaking with nerves.

I WANT to see Hamlet. I want for not a lot in life but my bed, but THIS? I want it. David Tennant as Hamlet - I'm not sure it gets any bloody better. So much so that I'll be flying from Australia to the UK to see it and whilst this doesn't make me any more worthy of tickets than anybody else, it certainly makes me more pathetic. I WANT A TICKET! *sobs*

I am absolutely not checking my inbox every five minutes to see if they've replied. Absolutely not.

Does anybody know if the members are using up *all* of the tickets? As in, they won't even get to the general public tickets, because there'll be no seats left?

A sign that I spend too much time at work:

Last night, I dreamt that the registers were built into a cliff-face. We scurried around from checkout to checkout inside the cliff/plateau/whatever, and then emerged from little holes to serve people who queued up on metal steps that were built into the side of the cliff.

This is the third work dream I've had. I once had one where we were all in a musical; singing and dancing as we served. The other was where the store was in Japan with lots of flashing lights. *fruitloops*

When I watch David Tennant as Detective Inspective Peter Carlisle dancing and swinging his hips with his hand on his belly, to The Boy With The Thorn In His Side...I have to fight down the urge to snog the living daylights out of him. The wind was so strong and cold, especially sitting up high in the stadium. I wore a skirt, four layers (two shirts, a cardigan and a coat), a blanket and three, count them, three pairs of stockings. I tell you, by the time I finished getting those on and off for the loo, my arms were extremely tired.

I tell you, if you can get your paws on a copy of Catherine Tate interviewing David Tennant, DO SO!

Every single time I watch/hear them interact, I am filled with hope for season four. Donna Noble is going to be so much fun!

I tell you what though, David is just a shy, awkward little fan!boy. He really is so adorkable. He talks about being introduced to Richard Schiff and George Lucas and being all nervous and not wanting to interrupt what they're doing.

He also shares my disdain for astrology. The fact that he's a fan of The West Wing just makes me want to push him up against the nearest wall and have my way with him, although I'd probably still be open to that if he wasn't.

Everything about Detective Inspector Peter Carlisle is yummy. The Stubble, the Long Coat, all those blue clothes. I love a man in blue. He has one of those thin wooly jumpers that the collar just pokes out of and in my book, that's the hottest look a man can have.

He should absolutely NOT put his hands on his belly and swing his hips in time to The Boy With the Thorn In His Side. He should absolutely NOT writhe around on top of Sarah Parish, because it makes me jealous. No, no, no, do NOT put your hand on the headboard.

GAH! Must write fic! I have about six unfinished Ten/Rose fics, which is unprecedented for me. Normally, once I start, I finish, but I've been really lazy. I also want to get some John/Teyla on the go, as well as Sam/Annie (Life on Mars) but my brain won't last.

Sigh. This basically sums up my day:

I was in such a rush this morning, that I shaved my legs so badly they now feel like they're burning.

Also, I cut my ankle, failed to notice, and proceeded to bleed all over my clean, white duvet.

I decided to chuck it all in and do nothing but sit and watch David's video diary from Doctor Who. He is such a cutie. He's all nervous about starting and he's worried that he'll be re-cast. It's funny watching him; he doesn't yet know how unbelievably popular he'll become.

Also, Billie? I just love that she bought him a "Trust Me, I A Doctor" t-shirt. They are too cute for words!

I don't know what it is, but something about David talking to a camera makes me giggle like a little girl and swoon.

Also, I'd just like to say; David says he's back in his flat in London, and he's got a single bed. I'm...not too sure what to make of that, to be honest!
